Flexible, Transparent Pricing
One flat monthly fee secures a bank of engineering hours—no seat licenses, no hidden fees, and unused hours roll forward.
“According to recent industry benchmarks, small businesses in Las Vegas typically spend between $125 and $275 per user per month for managed IT services, or $1,500 to $3,500 monthly for flat-rate packages. These packages generally include help desk support, network monitoring, cybersecurity, cloud services, and in many cases, UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service). Kirch Technical Services offers significantly lower pricing, with flat monthly plans starting at $129.50 for 2 hours of support and topping out at $410 for 10 hours. Unlike many providers, Kirch’s plans also include atypical services such as website maintenance, custom software support, UCaaS integration, and flexible rollover hours—making it one of the most cost-effective and versatile options for businesses of all sizes in the region.”

IT Pricing FAQ
What’s included in the monthly plan?
All of our plans include access to the full range of services we provide: IT Support, Custom Software, and Website Services. This comprehensive access enables you to tailor your monthly services based on your evolving technology needs.
What factors should I consider when choosing a plan?
Even though we automate a large share of your upkeep, every device still needs human eyes each month for patching, security checks, and user support. To choose the right plan, weigh these drivers of engineer time:
-
Device count & complexity – more workstations, servers, or network gear mean more routine checks.
-
Staff turnover – onboarding and off-boarding users quickly consumes hours.
-
Help-desk volume – consider how often employees call or email for assistance.
-
Website & software upkeep – CMS updates, plugin patches, or custom-app tweaks add predictable maintenance time.
-
Upcoming projects or seasonal spikes – migrations, new offices, or busy seasons temporarily raise demand.
Select the hour bank that comfortably covers a typical month; any unused time rolls forward for 60 days, so you’re protected if you slightly over-estimate.
What if I have hours left over—or run a little past my monthly allotment?
Any unused hours roll forward, so nothing is ever lost. If you occasionally exceed your bank, we simply “lend” the extra time at the same discounted rate and settle up on the next invoice. No surprise surcharges, no service interruptions—just the flexibility growing businesses need.
1What does the $5,500 Internal Hire estimate include?
The $5,500 estimate for an internal hire is a comprehensive monthly cost projection that includes more than just salary. It reflects the total investment a business typically makes when employing someone directly. This estimate includes:
- Base Salary: The core compensation paid to the employee.
- Benefits: Health insurance, retirement contributions, and other standard employee benefits.
- Vacation Time: Paid time off is factored into the cost, even when the employee isn’t actively working.
- Workers’ Compensation: Insurance premiums that cover workplace injuries or illnesses.
This all-in estimate helps provide a more accurate comparison between internal staffing and our service-based pricing.

Unified Communication Pricing FAQ
Do I need anything special on my end to use the service?
Yes—just a reliable broadband internet connection. Everything else (phones, provisioning, configuration) is on us.
Will a salesperson call me after I request information?
No. We don’t employ a sales team. Instead, we give you a live system demo and let you decide on your own—zero pressure.
Are taxes or government fees included in the package price?
The published package prices exclude taxes, regulatory surcharges, and government fees. Those appear as separate line items on your invoice.
How does the phone rebate work?
Each user account gets a hardware rebate you can apply toward any desk phone. Many models are fully covered; premium models are discounted. A small shipping charge isn’t covered by the rebate.
Who handles number porting and initial system setup?
We do. Number porting (provisioning) is free, and we’ll customize the system to your preferences at no cost during the first month.
What if I need configuration changes after the first month?
Post-launch changes are billed at $18.75 per quarter-hour. If you already subscribe to our IT, Software, or Website services, you can use your included support hours instead—whichever saves you more.
